Modern construction is not just about erecting new buildings, but also about the safe and sustainable demolition of existing structures. We are proud to announce the official launch of research and development work on an innovative project that has the potential to set new standards in the high-rise engineering sector.
What is the project about?
Traditional demolition and dismantling methods often involve high levels of noise, dust and carbon dioxide emissions, as well as significant operational risks. Our aim is to tackle this problem at its root.
We are starting work on the design and construction of an innovative, low-carbon machine for the precise demolition of high-rise buildings. This device will enable work to be carried out in the following way:
- Precise and safe – the controlled dismantling of structural elements without causing harm to the surrounding area,
- Low-emission – a drastic reduction in the carbon footprint, as well as in dust and noise levels during the works,
- Effective – The machine’s innovative design allows for a significant increase in the boom’s working range whilst also increasing its operating force, which results in faster and more efficient work.
The green transition in practice
The project is in line with the principles of the circular economy and sustainable development. The technology being developed will facilitate the recovery and recycling of secondary raw materials from deconstructed buildings, thereby supporting the eco-friendly construction of the future.

The project is being carried out with funding from the European Union under the programme European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 (FENG).
