Demolition and Deconstruction of Industrial Structures
Industrial demolition is a process that requires precision, experience and excellent knowledge of dismantling technology. The HOPE Group specialises in controlled demolition of industrial chimneys, blast furnaces, silos, tanks, cooling towers and tower structures, carrying out projects throughout Europe to the highest safety standards.
Our mission is to create space for the new - in a safe, responsible and standards-compliant way.
Specialist industrial demolition - our main specialisation
Since 2015, we have been running manual and mechanical demolition the most demanding industrial facilities. Thanks to our experience gained in cooperation with European partners, we carry out even the most complex tasks, regardless of the height, material or technical condition of the building.
Our technologies are recognised as some of the safest and most effective in the industry.
What facilities are we demolishing?
Industrial chimneys - masonry and reinforced concrete
We specialise in manual and machine demolition of chimneys:
- ceramic,
- brickwork,
- reinforced concrete,
- chimneys with great height and difficult access.
Each chimney is a separate technological project - we select the demolition method so that it is as safe and economical as possible.
Steel furnaces and power structures
We are dismantling:
- metallurgical furnaces,
- industrial ovens,
- high-temperature installations,
- energy technology support structures.
We carry out the work with the highest health, safety and thermal resistance requirements.
Silos, tanks and cooling towers
We carry out demolitions:
- steel and concrete silos,
- high reservoirs,
- cooling towers.
Large building heights, cumulative loads or limited space are no obstacle for us.
Radio towers and tower structures
We are dismantling the structures:
- radio and telecommunications towers,
- lattice towers,
- steel columns and structures.
Our methods enable safe dismantling even in urban areas.

Demolition technologies used by the HOPE Group
The choice of demolition technology depends on the size of the chimney, its construction and the environmental conditions. HOPE Group carries out chimney demolition by machine and manual methods, ensuring high precision and safety even on active sites and in close proximity to infrastructure.
Manual dismantling
We choose the machine method wherever the design of the chimney allows a specialised demolition machine to sit safely on top of it.
Prior to the commencement of work, we carry out detailed structural analyses, including the load-bearing capacity, dimensions and technical condition of the building.
Advantages of machine demolition:
- high precision and full process control,
- significantly shorter lead times,
- greater work efficiency,
- demolition can be phased,
- the possibility of carrying out work on active sites.
Because of its speed and efficiency, it is the preferred technology, used wherever technical conditions allow.
Mechanical demolition
We mainly use manual demolition for smaller chimneys or buildings whose structure is not designed to carry the weight of demolition machines.
This method allows work to be carried out very precisely and in a controlled manner, even under the most demanding conditions.
Manual stripping works particularly well when:
- the site is in close proximity to infrastructure,
- phasing of the work is required,
- maximum precision is required,
- technical conditions preclude the use of heavy equipment.
Both technologies allow demolition to be carried out safely and effectively, and the final choice of method is always preceded by a thorough technical analysis of the building.
Controlled demolition of industrial structures
The works are being carried out in a predictable manner, in accordance with the design developed:
- we provide full site security,
- we monitor the deformation and stability of the structure,
- we control every stage according to plan.

What sets the HOPE Group apart from its competitors?
Zero accident rate
The result of many years of work to the highest health and safety standards.
Accuracy and orderliness at every stage of execution
A work culture that eliminates errors and speeds up the process.
Full compliance with audits and inspections
We meet the requirements of all supervisory chambers - formal, technical and environmental.
Individual adaptation of demolition technology
No object is “standard”. Each requires a separate approach.
Compliance with BDO regulation
We manage waste transparently and in accordance with the law.
Course of implementation - how do we work?
Step 1: Demolition technological design
Every demolition starts with a design - taking into account technology, staging and safeguards.
Step 2: Site preparation and health and safety precautions
Safety without compromise - that's our number one principle.
Step 3: Manual or machine dismantling
A process tailored to the structure and technical conditions of the facility.
Step 4: Segregation of waste and transport for disposal
All in accordance with BDO, no hidden costs.
Step 5: Completion and final acceptance
We are handing over the site ready for the next stages of the development.
Safety of demolition work
At HOPE Group:
- every stage of the work is subject to inspection,
- we apply strict health and safety procedures,
